Requirements

Requirements Kondis is under development and therefore the full system requirements are not fully understood. :::

Kondis is a self-hosted application, which means you need a computer to run it on. The performance requirements are modest, but it should be running continuously with a persistent internet connection. A wired internet connection is highly encouraged over Wi-Fi and cellular.

Software requirements​

  • Docker Engine
  • Docker Compose
  • git
  • mise
  • A Linux or macOS host

Docker Desktop is not recommended.

Windows is likely not supported as a native host as it is untested. Docker Desktop with the WSL 2 backend may work, but it is not an officially supported setup.

Client requirements

Recording a workout is usually done on a mobile device, and this device must be Android. iOS and Apple Watch etc. are currently not supported but it is a prioritized feature for us to implement.
